Free standing single leg squats

Physical Therapy in Leslie, Mason and Charlotte for Knee

While standing on your right foot, reach your buttocks backward and torso slight forward to keep your body weight over your foot as you bend your right knee.

Only bend as far as you can control the motion, and keep your right knee in line with your right toes.

Return to standing. Control the motion in both directions.

Repeat as advised by your Sam's Physical Therapy Physical Therapist.
